Jeff Allison
President, Clearview Financial Services Inc.
Jeff Allison is the President and sole owner of Clearview Financial Services Inc. He founded the firm to give small and mid-market business owners the same calibre of financing advice he spent four decades delivering inside chartered banking and as a public-company executive.
Jeff brings forty years of senior experience across corporate banking, small business development, and public-company leadership. He has sat on every side of a commercial loan: structuring deals as a banker, presenting to credit committees as a CFO, signing for facilities as a CEO, and — now — coaching owners through their first institutional file as a consultant.
Career Highlights
Forty years in the file
Senior corporate banking, small business development, and public-company executive experience — the full arc from credit-officer reviewer to the operator across the table from one.
Both sides of the deal
Has structured loans as a banker and signed for them as a CEO, CFO, and SVP. Reads files the way a credit committee reads them, because that is the audience he has spent four decades writing for.
Public-company discipline
Years inside a publicly traded reporting environment — forecasting rigour, audit readiness, governance, and disclosure standards now applied to private-company files.
Direct lender access
Established working relationships with chartered bank commercial bankers, specialty lenders, and credit officers across Western Canada.
Recent Roles
Jeff most recently retired from Delta Clean Tech, where he held a series of senior executive positions: President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Vice President, Business Development.
What Jeff Brings to a Clearview File
A Clearview engagement is not a junior associate's first business plan. Every file Clearview takes on benefits from a former CEO and CFO who has personally walked deals through credit committees, defended assumptions to underwriters, and negotiated terms with senior lenders. Jeff reviews every plan and projection before it leaves the firm, and he is on the phone for the lender meetings that matter.
